The Australian state of New South Wales has become the second to ban the Nazi flag and and associated symbols. Intentionally bearing swastikas can now land a person in jail for up to a year and a fine of over $100,000 Politicians claim that the
symbol is a rallying call to Nazism but in fact the symbol is now more likely to to be used to criticise contemporary groups for acting like Nazis. |
