Icelandic television and telecommunications company Síminn has condemned 'blue movie' channels as an "anachronism" and removed them from its channel line-up. Communications Officer at Síminn Gunnhildur Arna Gunnarsdóttir told mbl.is that the
company had undertaken a full-scale review of the material it wished to offer its customers. She whinged: We did not feel that these locked channels had any place at all in Síminn's fun, family-friendly product offer.
The channel reportedly removed the channels at the beginning of this year. |
