An adult-film actor tied to the porn production company GirlsDoPorn.com has been sentenced in federal court to 20 years in prison. As part of his plea, Ruben Garcia admitted to threatening and deceiving the women, and paying other women to lie to
reluctant recruits, falsely asserting that the footage would not be seen in the U.S. but was intended for private DVD collections overseas. Garcia pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by force, coercion and fraud, and admitted his
role as a recruiter and performer with GirlsDoPorn.com and GirlsDoToys.com from 2013 to 2017. Authorities said the company lured in young women who had never appeared in adult films. Other people involved in the company will be tried at a later
date or else have fled the US.

Comcast Cable (owners of the Xfinity brand)-- the largest cable television company in the United States with close to 20 million pay TVsubscribers is banning cable channels and streaming services owned by Mindgeek (owners of Pornhub). A
Comcast representative said that they were deeply concerned over the growing number of reports against MindGeek for unlawful business practices, including minors being exploited on their sites. As a result of this increasing evidence, Comcast decided to
drop all MindGeek content from their cable systems. As of April 2021, all MindGeek material has been removed. Furthermore, Comcast disabled new subscription video on demand (SVOD) signups and notified all their existing SVOD customers of their
decision to remove content and cease distribution of MindGeek's SVOD services. Existing customers were informed of Comcast's decision through bill messages. Once the subscriber notification process was completed, the SVOD content became unavailable on
their cable channels. |

New York state bill demands fully factual consent before people can have sex

New York Assembly Member Rebecca Seawright has announced bill A6540 which defines consent to sex as a freely given, knowledgeable and informed agreement obtained without the use of malice such as forcible compulsion, duress, coercion, deception, fraud,
concealment or artifice. If passed, this would be the first time lawmakers formally define the meaning of consent in the state's penal law for sexual assault and all crimes. Seawright menacingly threatened in a statement:
The United States Bureau of Justice Statistics reports that a sex crime is committed every 73 seconds. We must stop this rising trend by clearly defining consent, thereby empowering our police and prosecutors to take action. The
proper definition of consent in New York's laws will clarify lawful sexual conduct, guide behavior, and make it possible to hold sexual predators accountable. Offsite Comment: If lying to get yourself laid is
made a crime, no one will ever want to have sex again
10th April 2021. See article from rt.com by Charlie Stone Being less than truthful to get your leg over could become a criminal
offence if New York lawmakers get their way. This crazy intrusion into private lives ignores the fact everyone tells white lies to impress potential partners. If you want to have sex with someone new these days, you'd better draw
yourself up a contract... or you could end up in jail. ...See full article from rt.com |

Utah Governor signs law requiring internet devices sold locally to be pre-loaded with Net Nanny like porn blocking software

The Republican governor of Utah has signed silly legislation requiring all cellphones and tablets sold in the conservative state to be sold with software that automatically blocks pornography. Governor Spencer Cox claims the measure would send an
important message about preventing children from accessing explicit online content. In fact the legislation is mere virtue signalling and makes no meaningful proposals how its requirements can be implemented in practice. So there is a get out
clause that says no immediate steps toward implementation will be made unless five other states enact similar laws, a provision introduced to address concerns that it would be difficult to implement. The American Civil Liberties Union of Utah said
the constitutionality of the bill was not adequately considered and that it will likely be argued in court. |

SexWorld is a 1978 USA adult Sci-Fi film by Anthony Spinelli Starring Lesllie Bovee, Kent Hall and Kay Parker
Taking off on WESTWORLD, a bus load of people going to
a resort that helps them solve their sexual hang-ups. Everyone and everything is monitored by a huge computer run by a gang of white-coated technicians, which deduces their deepest sexual fantasies - whether or not they are aware of them. The clients are
paired off with each other for optimum effect. A bigot, for example, is given a beautiful black woman to make love to, and a frigid housewife is linked up with a tender, soft-spoken lover.
Its good to see that some Golden Age porn
films are being released on 4K Blu-ray. Of course the older films have the advantage on 4K as they were shot on cinema quality film. thedigitalbits.com
comments about the quality: Sex World was shot on 35 mm photochemical film using Panavision cameras and lenses for an intended 1.85:1 theatrical aspect ratio. Vinegar Syndrome presents the film in native 4K,
scanned and restored from the original camera negative with HDR10 high dynamic range. Image quality is actually quite good. Not that we expect anything less from Vinegar Syndrome, but the fact that the original negative still exists in well-preserved
quality is remarkable in itself.

The idea of adding censorship software to new phones and tablets sold in Utah has been well debated by moralists in various US state assemblies. But none are quite as silly as Utah when it comes to enacting stupid ideas without a moments thought for the
practicality of the requirement. Now the Utah House of Representatives passed an amended version of a controversial bill that would mandate a default porn filter on any phones, computers, tablets or any other electronic devices sold in the state
starting in 2022. HB 72 , sponsored by Representative Susan Pulsipher, a realtor with no technology experience, was speedily passed by the House only hours after it had cleared the committee stage by the narrowest of margins (a 6-5 vote), as XBIZ
reported. The bill was introduced into the Utah Senate yesterday, where it is co-sponsored by staunch anti-porn campaigner Wayne A. Harper. |

A California state senator has introduced a bill that would make online sites liable for non-consensual sexual images and videos uploaded by users. Titled the Ending Online Sexual Trafficking and Exploitation Act , SB-435 sponsored by San Jose
Democrat Dave Cortese would allow alleged victims of non-consensual image sharing to sue sites and platforms that display the image, potentially collecting damages of $100,000 for every two hours the image remains online after a takedown notification.
The bill requires that sites must take down any such non-consensual image upon receipt of a takedown demand by a person seen in the image. |

US porn mganate Larry Claxton Flynt, Jr. has passed, reportedly from heart failure at his residence in the Flynt Building on Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. He was 78 at the time of his death. Larry Flynt's first business was a bar in
Dayton, Ohio that he bought from his mother. He then invested the profits from those into opening the first Hustler Club, also in Dayton, in 1968, which featured both strippers and scantily dressed hostesses. Within a few years, there were Hustler
Clubs in every major city in Ohio, and to help promote them, Flynt created a two-page Hustler Newsletter, which he gave out free at the clubs and for which he also had a small subscriber base. The newsletter proved to be so popular that Flynt expanded
it, and by July, 1974, the newsletter had become a full-fledged magazine, Hustler, which featured significantly more nudity than its closest rival, Playboy magazine. With the nationwide distribution of Hustler, Flynt became a household name, and
it's that notoriety that's thought to have inspired serial killer Joseph Paul Franklin to attempt to murder Flynt in 1978. The shooting left Flynt paralyzed from the waist down and confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. The whole incident was
eventually made into an Oscar-nominated movie in 1996, The People vs. Larry Flynt, with Woody Harrelson in the title role. |

The constitutionality of Kentucky's limitations on roadside billboards was debated at the Cincinnati-based appeals court after a federal judge allowed an adult bookstore to keep its ad on the side of a tractor-trailer. Kentucky's transportation
department asked the Sixth Circuit panel to overturn the decision of a federal judge who determined the Kentucky Billboard Act is unconstitutional and imposes a content-based restriction on speech. The billboard in question advertises the Lion's
Den Adult Superstore off Interstate 65 and sits on a piece of land leased to the business by a former employee. Kentucky claims the ad -- riveted to the side of a tractor-trailer -- is illegal under the Billboard Act because the owners did not
obtain a permit, it is not securely fixed to the ground, and is on a mobile structure. No timetable has been set for the court's decision. |
